Recommended Use
These injectors are suitable for:
- Standard replacement applications for TD42Ti motors running a factory Ti injector pump
- If you have a TD42Ti motor and no longer run a Ti injector pump, your able to use standard reconditioned injectors or our brand new outright Zexel injectors
- If you require standard replacement injectors and have only TD42Ti cores to supply we can exchange this option for standard reconditioned injectors
Important Notes
- A set of TD42Ti injectors with a Ti number 1 must be supplied for this product
- Professional installation is recommended
- For best results, injectors should be matched to your pump and overall setup

Core Deposit Explained
Performance 4x4 operates on a core exchange system for our injectors.
If you require injectors to be sent out, please select the “core deposit” option. This includes a $400 refundable charge, which will be refunded once we receive your old injectors and the Ti core is tested to ensure it is serviceable.
Please note: your old injectors must be complete and not disassembled to be eligible for the refund.
We work hard to keep turnaround times as fast as possible so you can get back on the road sooner.
- Send-in service: Typically completed within 5–8 days
- Core exchange option: If we have a pump ready to go, dispatch is often even faster
If a pre-built core isn’t currently available, lead times can extend up to 3 weeks, however, this isn’t always the case, so we recommend getting in touch for the most up-to-date availability.
