Why +30 Injectors?
Our Plus 30 modified injectors are required to hit specific horse power and fueling targets within safe open times for the injector and engine. A standard injector can only deliver so much fuel. A modified injector allows us to deliver the desired amount of fuel in a safe period of time to ensure optimal efficiency & safety of the engine. We have tested and tuned these injectors from 200HP to 300HP with the right supporting modifications.
As you start pushing beyond factory power levels, the standard injectors become a limiting factor. They can only deliver a certain amount of fuel within a safe operating window, and pushing beyond that leads to inefficiency and increased risk.
What This Means for Your Build
Tuning is required, these injectors will not work safely on standard engines without tuning.
Although we can tune to suit the standard turbocharger, these injectors are ideally suited to be run with a hi-flow VNT turbocharger or gated (44mm, 46mm, 55mm,) style turbo charger.
Drive line Manual vehicles require a heavy duty clutch. On an automatic a valve body upgrade is recommended when 230hp is surpassed.
When completing your injectors, we recommend checking the MAP sensor filter on the intake manifold. The MAP sensor filter is a small plastic filter that is prone to splitting and gives a false reading to the MAP sensor. We recommend stainless steel upgraded MAP Sensor filters to combat this problem - found here.

Supporting Your Fuel System
When fitting new injectors, it’s the right time to ensure the rest of your fuel system is up to standard. A new fuel filter is required. If your Suction Control Valve has over 120,000km on it, we recommend replacing it at the same time. The injectors come supplied with Nozzle washer and test results supplied.

Getting the Right Set
The correct injector code for your vehicle can be identified in different ways. The first 2 digits on the top of the injector will tell you the code eg: 11 = 11 code, 13 = 13 code and 18 = 18 code.

Warranty
All injectors supplied by Performance 4x4 carry a 12-month or 20,000km warranty (whichever occurs first) from date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship under normal operating conditions and is provided in addition to guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty is conditional on correct installation, appropriate use, and a clean, well-maintained fuel system.
Injectors must be returned to Performance 4x4 (or an approved agent) for inspection and testing prior to any warranty determination.
Warranty does not cover failures resulting from contamination (including water or debris), improper installation, incorrect application, lack of required supporting modifications, or failure of related components.
Warranty is limited to the supplied product only and does not cover labour, removal/refit, or consequential loss.
