Performance 4x4 1HD-T performance injector pumps are built in-house using genuine components and custom-engineered internals, developed through extensive real-world testing and in-house R&D.
Each pump is calibrated using proven test plans to deliver increased fuel delivery, improved drivability, and consistent performance across a range of modified applications.
Designed to suit Toyota LandCruiser 1HD-T engines, this pump is a strong upgrade for vehicles requiring more power while still maintaining a focus on usability and engine longevity.
Performance & Application
Our 1HD-T performance injector pumps can be built to support approximately 180–250HP, when paired with the correct supporting modifications.
However, based on real-world experience, we recommend 200HP as a practical upper limit for standard 1HD-T engines. Due to cylinder head flow limitations and head gasket clamping constraints, reliability can be significantly reduced beyond this level.
For this reason, higher output configurations (230–250HP) should only be considered where supporting modifications and engine condition are carefully managed.
A standard turbocharger is not suitable at this level and must be upgraded to achieve correct performance and reliability.
Recommended supporting modifications include:
- Reconditioned or Replacement injectors
- Upgraded turbocharger
- High-flow intake and airbox
- Intercooler upgrades
- Exhaust system improvements
- Professional dyno tuning

Core Deposit Explained
Performance 4x4 operates on a core exchange system for our injector pumps.
If you require an injector pump to be sent out, please select the “core deposit” option. This includes a $600 refundable charge, which will be refunded once we receive your old injector pump.
Please note: your old injector pump must be complete and not disassembled to be eligible for the refund.
