Performance 4x4 12mm Extreme fuel injection pumps are built in-house to the highest standard using a combination of genuine components, custom over-engineered internals, and precision calibration processes.
Developed through extensive real-world testing and in-house R&D, each pump is assembled and calibrated using custom test plans to deliver maximum fuel delivery, high power capability, and consistent performance in demanding applications.
With horsepower capability ranging from approximately 260HP through to 330HP, we offer both off-the-shelf calibrated options and the ability to custom build and tune a pump to suit your specific setup.
Performance & Application
At this level, performance is the priority, and engine strength becomes critical.
A fully built engine is strongly recommended to safely support these power levels. This includes appropriate upgrades to the fuel system, turbocharger, cooling system, and overall engine assembly.
For best results, supporting modifications should include:
- Reconditioned or Replacement injectors
- High-performance turbocharger system
- High-flow intake and airbox
- Intercooler upgrades
- Exhaust system improvements
- Professional dyno tuning
Pre-Calibrated Power Options
These pumps are available in the following pre-set horsepower configurations:

Selecting a pump calibrated as close as possible to your final power goal is critical.
While a higher-rated pump (e.g. 330HP) can be run at lower power levels, internal profiles, spring rates, timing, and calibration are optimised for their intended output range, and performance may be compromised if mismatched.

Core Deposit Explained
Performance 4x4 operates on a core exchange system for our injector pumps.
If you require an injector pump to be sent out, please select the “core deposit” option. This includes a $600 refundable charge, which will be refunded once we receive your old injector pump.
Please note: your old injector pump must be complete and not disassembled to be eligible for the refund.
We work hard to keep turnaround times as fast as possible so you can get back on the road sooner.

If a pre-built core isn’t currently available, lead times can extend up to 3 weeks, however, this isn’t always the case, so we recommend getting in touch for the most up-to-date availability.
