Each pump is developed using a combination of genuine components, custom over-engineered internals, and extensive in-house R&D, ensuring maximum fuel delivery, consistent performance, and reliable operation.
Performance & Application
At this level with your 1HZ, performance becomes the primary focus, and supporting modifications are essential to achieve safe and effective results.
As a general guideline:

Above ~180HP on a standard engine, stress increases significantly, reducing engine life

Vehicles operating beyond this level have a higher likelihood of engine failure, particularly depending on usage and tuning

At 200HP and above, a built engine is strongly recommended to safely support these power levels
Supporting modifications should include:
- Reconditioned or Replacement injectors
- Upgraded turbocharger system
- High-flow intake and airbox
- Intercooler upgrades
- Exhaust system improvements
- Professional dyno tuning
- Engine modifications

Core Deposit Explained
Performance 4x4 operates on a core exchange system for our injector pumps.
If you require an injector pump to be sent out, please select the “core deposit” option. This includes a $600 refundable charge, which will be refunded once we receive your old injector pump.
Please note: your old injector pump must be complete and not disassembled to be eligible for the refund.
We work hard to keep turnaround times as fast as possible so you can get back on the road sooner.

Send-in service: Typically completed within 5–8 days

Core exchange option: If we have a pump ready to go, dispatch is often even faster
If a pre-built core isn’t currently available, lead times can extend up to 3 weeks, however, this isn’t always the case, so we recommend getting in touch for the most up-to-date availability.
